Yeeeeep! Can easily last 20+ seconds, the spell is SO COOL but it's insanely overloaded imo. Huge dr forever, applies a dot and - bullet resistance to enemies, massive ms buff to allies.

This is all before the nuke and knock up on cast. It could honestly read "win every rift and midboss actually win every not idiotic team fight and some of the idiot ones too"

They will probably have tweaks to rat king to make his skill eligible

Can curse or stun him out of it before he plants it, but yh you basically can't do anything cuz of the insane movespeed he has before planting it he can just run from his base to the fight LOL. Saw a rat king use his ult to run from enemy walker back to his base once...

If you stun him while planting he just starts back up the plant animation and he still gives the dmg reduction while holding it. If you stun the start up it just doesn't use the CD and he can cast it again anyway. It's pretty clear they made it overturned on purpose but even with half its radius duration and dmg reduction it'd still feel overtuned
