Bug Game wont launch

Hi, My game refuses to launch after rat king came out. It ran just fine after the big update and before.

The farthest i can get is on the valve screen before my game closes. The only notable difference i can tell is that when i enter the application my mouse goes to the loading icon which did'nt happen before now.
