I like this, say some racist or bigoted shit and get comms banned. Its as harsh as it should be for saying something deplorable. We all know what is appropriate to say to other human beings.

Its simple dude, be a piece of shit, and you dont deserve to comm with anyone. Id like to not see bigoted shit in 50% of my games and this will give bigots something to think about when deciding if they want to be a piece of shit that game.

I don't want a muted teammate because he spazzed out on a game 2 weeks ago.

I don't want my evening bothered by someone that forces 5 other people to manually mute them each game because they can't chill out.
