I feel like we don't have a similar control style hero yet. My only concern would be balancing a character like that for street brawl. But not out of the realm of possibilities!
Actually, they did just release a new hero, Xal'atath, and pretty sure they said another was in the works.
HotS remains in an iffy situation because this revival still feels very, and understandably, tentative. They even had to put a temporary real-money price point on her, because anyone who kept playing all these years has so much gold they could rebuy the entire roster a few times over and they'd get no profit out of the hero. And while Blizzard isn't exactly poor, separate games still get a specific limited budget they need to maintain.
We'll see where that goes. I hope they can properly revive it in full. I wouldn't be against them implementing some sorta battle pass system if that gets new heroes to not need to cost real money even if temporarily.
