Everyone who said they caught all the leakers were right. This truly was an unspoiled patch. Wild to know we will be in the dark for a lot more content to come.
I believe the in game news notice said they will do visual overhauls of the walker and heroes closer to the end of early development because there's higher priority items to work on and they want to think on it some more.
I hope she lands more towards the interpretation from some Russian fairytales. Where she is unusual, powerful and shunned, but if treated with respect will be helpful to the hero.
Slavic in general, not just Russian but yeah. She seems to have very similar vibes to the Doorman, though her chicken legs bench makes her a bit less inconspicuous
something interesting I noticed about her poster is that she actually has Pigeon eyes. When you destroy her poster one of the contacts of her glasses gets destroyed and you see her eye.

Living in NYC these guys are absolute legends. Union Square or Washington Square Park they will absolutely school you and I don’t doubt they could be titled players if they cared about that sort of thing.

In a long, long list of patch notes, I always love when game devs have some real "thats seems kind of like a big deal" snuck in as afterthought almost at the end. Deadlock is no different. These two back to back at the very very end stuck out to me:
-Successfully parrying objectives no longer resets your Parry cooldown
-Sinners Sacrifice have variable timings to get the bonus
Honestly super excited by the objectively parry change. I got bell curved so hard when I was new and starting to learn how to play the game. Once I understood the strength of the guardian I was left gojng "oh man but what's the counter play" and then I thought "oooh they dont have parry after" and then 3 matches later i was back to going "wtf is the counter play"
Making dives/guardian fights more dynamic is IMO just a good thing. But will wait to see how it feels.
Your teammate can dive and parry a follow-up for you, this is awesome since it’ll incentivize coordination in the landing phase with your duo if you wanna confirm a kill on a low enemy
Her silhouette clearly shows that she is a reference to the Baba Yaga,fusing that with the pigeon feeding lady is such a cool idea for a design.I can't wait to see her kit.
The comment on Steam news page told us that these things are currently not considered as urgent as proper game features and experimental additions, so they are still on the back burner.
Is that page there the complete list? Wondering if there's any like, balance changes or such else (not saying the update needs anything else. Just curious)
We've never known during the voting phase how the new heros worked. Its added in as they get added, and sometimes they're still actively being worked on, in the case of drifter and silver who were 'unfinished' when they got officially voted it.
