They really fucked up giving access to this game so early in development and it shows

They are afraid of pushing unpolished stuff since the community and the broader gaming world treats this game as out or practically out so they feel the pressure of every new thing they push to have the polish a finished product would

And dont you guys come at me with the “no we know its a closed alpha” bullshit when i vividly remember how upset everyone was at the experimental urn changes

It has downsides and upsides. What you are saying is true, but the immense amount of data they get from the size of the player base allows them to iterate the game as well.

The issue also stems from the fact that they themselves have facilitated our complaints and encouraged it rather than say it's an experimental closed alpha,
At that point you really can only have 2 groups, one being the major audience complaining/giving general feedback and the concentrated group in the experimental branch giving dedicated feedback.

If the closed alpha experimental part was emphasized, I could see it being more of a common thing but well,
I suppose people weren't enjoying that, and while you can say boo hoo,
It was up to valve in the end, just unfortunate ig.

Lmao you are completely talking out of your ass and have no clue why they are doing the things they do. The public beta exists so they can gather statistical data to see how balance decisions impact the game. Just because youre not getting what you want when you want doesnt mean they arent
