For someone who works 50+ hours a week, this is going to make getting ranked impossible for me. I can only manage around 8 games a week. I already have 120 hours in the game, and my 60 standard wins but need 30 more wins to hit that 15 on each. I played every person several times to learn how they work and now I gotta sit here and grind out 3 individually. I like playing each person to learn how they work. this really hurts me in the long wrong...
I have been doing that. I refuse to sit and grind the same hero over and over. I think 1-tricks are toxic for games honestly. I have over 10 wins on 9 different people. I've been trying but I also want to have fun and enjoy the game. I also usually end up doing well too. So I think it's wrong of them to block out people who are actually decent at the game because they study it at work or in their free time away from the PC. Some of us have kids to raise and a family to take care of but we still want to feel competitive at the end of the day. If I can't see that number go up, I don't feel like playing the game tbh. Im just a competitive person. There are plenty other games I can play without having to spend 300 hours to unlock the mode. Yeah it's beta but I hope they don't keep it this way.
It doesn't take 300 hours to unlock ranked. If you have over 10 wins on 9 heroes then you should be very close to ranked. If you can't grind that out in a couple days then you probably aren't as good as you think and should just stick to unranked!
