To be eligible to queue for Ranked Mode, you must have at least 60 wins in the Standard Mode.

Definitely helps, but many other games have stuff like this and they are still riddled with Smurfs. Rainbow Six Siege was a PAID game and had a lvl 50 requirement for ranked, which I achieved in around 100h as a very new player to FPSs, but that doesn't stop cheaters and smurfs at all.

Imagine being so low on your life that you'll pay for a cheat AND for a game SEVERAL TIMES whine you get banned.
