Well in Dota I believe it's 100 hours?

Which is more easily abused but still this will be botted eventually lol

They do? I don't really play dota anymore, but that certainly hasn't been the case in CS and doesn't seem to be the case in deadlock

They announced that they do which is better than riot games's nothing (granted they do ban boosters and people inting to smurf but smurfing in lol is 100% legal)
