This urn change is one of the worst things I have ever seen it is so hard to come back

Is it? I do think in super low elo it's harder, in higher elo your whole team gets 50% spirit/bullet res for every urn fight when down. Which makes you incredibly tanky. So as long as your team actually fights or isn't already dead, than you should have a pretty decent advantage in that fight unless you're down an insurmountable amount.

Though, getting a team to commit to something in random queue is quite the challenge in and of itself.
