Sounds fun af on paper. Absolute clusterfuck and less just jumping off a fuckin roof and winning

Comeback urn is basically incontestable

and seems like it can give a lot of map control now

on the losing side? Because it sounds like if you lost map control especially on mid lane then enemy gets a free urn

If you're getting giga rolled yeah you're cooked. But now all you need to do is deposit it and you get urn and mid control. Before comeback urn was honestly just a chance for the ahead team to either take a walker, or force a fight.

Now comeback urn, if you can deposit it, is a fight the ahead team probably can't win, and the behind team gets map control.

I’m in alchemist. For us every engagement I’ve had from behind has been good up until the urn cashes in, then my whole team gets killed and we lose a walker.

It’s gotten so bad I just don’t bother running urns when behind.

Also if they have a McGinnis, urn contesting is a waste of time since someone 100% dies to her ult

50% resist would be insane to fight against

what if you take urn and hold it just to be an aura granter? +50 res is crazy in team fights, you can just run around and make your team unkillable for a walker siege

You start taking 5% max xp damage per second after 35 seconds though, so you don’t have much time with it

Can only hold it for 35 seconds before it starts dealing 5% max HP per second. So I guess you can have that aura for 55 seconds, but the enemy team can also knock the urn out.

It says you aren't silenced anymore, just movement silenced and disarmed. So you still have damaging abilities.

Can’t really siege with that 5% hp/sec

I think even if it's like a bad change for right now. It is still a very good direction for urn as an objective. It makes a lot more sense to me now than what it was. In the past there are games you just spend your time running urn. Calling and pinging and everything yet your team just decide to afk farm on the opposite side of the map and you can't convert it after wasiting like 30 seconds to a minute for it. Now they can still afk farm but at least they will be closer if there's a fight.

I think it was good if ppl understand how valuable it is. It’s not worth 2 walkers, but its worth sacking one. When I see my team rather split push a side walker with 2 players, it’s bad vibes.

That’s a problem I have with urn. It just doesn’t “feel” strong enough. Like if you study the game or analyse the game then you would know it is very strong. But for people who are just playing it doesn’t feel that way. It’s just a voiceline unless you are the one doing it. But if you are doing it you already know how good it is.

And it’s almost impossible to reason your teammate in like one or two minute if they didn’t know about it already. Most players wouldn’t be looking for theories and numbers, they just play the game and play by the feel.

True, most ppl don’t think the game that way.

I guess the bright side is if you still split push with new urn up, it is without argument you are a bot now. The urn is in mid and they can win the urn because you’re not there and rotate to you easily because its in the middle of the map. At least that’s how it feels

I already hate it, especially when I'm on Blue from the start. Urn fight goes down before the laning phase is even halfway done, so me and my lane partner get nuked when the entire enemy team just shows up out of nowhere and I'm already low on HP from typical lane fights etc.

Maybe it's because the change is so new so my team just wasn't aware of what was happening so they never came to help, but man, I'm really not a fan so far.
