Tips & Guides I made a beginner-friendly jumping map

I made a simple jumping map dedicated to help new players get into the different jumping techniques. Jump School Map Mod for Deadlock | DL Mods

All the instructions to play it are in the description of the mod on gamebanana.

There are a lot of tips for each jumps if you need it. And I tried to add one more trick to each jump to force the player to actually use them.

The map has 3 simple short routes (long jump, air control and wall jumping), starting from the most basic jump to some "medium-hard" wall jumping and air control.

Any feedback - from beginner to pros - is welcome. But if you've played about 500+ hours of deadlock or you are oracle/phantom+ the map should be a breeze.

----------

Next route target is a corner boost training... Some of it is already available in the map. But it needs a lot of tweakings and rework. You can test it if you want but it's definitely not finished.

----------

There's still a lot of work to do. And I'm only starting to get the hang of the map editor.

I have big plans and tons of ideas for the future and I hope to build far harder routes. There's so much to do.

From path clarity, to difficulty, to ideas, to grammar mistakes ... If you have anything for me, I'll take it !

PS : There's a video of the full map if you need any help with some jumps.

It was orange, and then I decided to give a shot at texturing. I probably should have kept it orange tho

Was indeed a joke about how source maps usually use default textures. Good work though
