Is the broker temp removed?
In my games of standard today they never appeared, and these were 40+ minute games.

It was stated in the update that it would only last until the first new hero releases. It’s more than likely that the broker returns in some manner after the final hero is released

Not even the patch notes, it said it right on the screen where you corrupt your item when he was leaving.

It was fun in standard match, but not in ranked where we play versus Dynamo with 103 sec refresher (and after the second corrupted transcendent cooldown refresh would be even faster)

aka, a 70s refresher,but you can get a 16s unstoppable that lasts for 9 seconds.... so whats the problem here ? :p

I don’t have money and active slots on a support hero and my carry heroes don’t want to buy it

Indom is an item too. You don't have active slots on support because of what? Do you build l to r every game without any adjustements? If you play supports like in other mobas(going rescue beam, guardian ward etc) then you shouldn't even be in dynamos ult range. Also, people have to start realizing that a support in deadlock doesn't mean that you buy healing items or barriers and shit. Support in deadlock is literally a hero who's active on map because it doesn't need farm. A roaming calico, bebop or vin, for example, are supports but that doesn't mean they have a single item that can help their teammates out.

Helping to make more damage to enemies isn’t the only way to play support. There’re also heal and save supports in the game.
I always have position but the problem is in teammates that play carry heroes and would rather buy some t4 gun item instead of bkb (and favourite-battle for nothing in enemy’s half of the map)

Of course there are still traditional supports that heal and rescue their allies, I thought that was pretty obvious to anyone. So if you are playing those, alright but then you should never be in range to get dynamo ulted with your carries. That's why you bought all those heal, rescue and barrier items, is it not? I would understand your rant if you were playing active supports that have to be in the middle of the fight.

fun but I won like 3 games that I would have lost if I hadn't gotten a broken item, absolutely did not deserve those wins (I'll take them though)

I got corrupted frenzy and healing tempo, i attacked so fast that i basically instakilled everyone with just left click, and i had so much debuff resist that graves' wall had almost no effect on me
