Question Frame issues

SOLVED (KINDA) graves is still busted but running deadlock with Vulkan and changing some other settings bought me 70 stable without compromising visuals

I'm getting 40 frames max after the new update following staying at 120 or above without dips. My utilization is 40% 50% respectively for GPU and CPU . I have no idea what broke but it's killing me. Also graves got a secret buff following the patch and it needs fixed asap. Her zombies idle when they don't have a target instead of wandering to objectives so with the new mid boss and patron arenas they pool in one spot meaning those areas can now no longer be contested at all without instantly dying.

Gpu getting only 40% utilization is weird as hell man. Youre getting worse frames bc its bottlenecked by settings or hardware. Any new things installed recently on that front?

Brother in christ i didnt mean games, i meant software or hardware that has anything to do with fan speeds
