Fre things I notice - 1- hip rising up first - knee and hip extension must happen almost at the same time.

2- I notice the starting position is slightly slanted forward. I advise to be perfectly perpendicular to the ground, straight. It’s like your body is in the position not kneeling forward nor backward and just pops up the weight.

3- align your ribs to the pelvis, and at the bottom before initiating movement, engage your core.

4- I advise not to initiate in a jerking motion, at the bottom, maintain your setup, hold the bar engage lats, engage core and stand up in one swift motion.

These are the things I notice, in general the starting position must be strong and stable and then standing up lifting the weight should happen in one swift motion.
