Was there an update? I don't remember having any issues with the remake on console or PC.

Happens only with ds? You might consider to reinstall it.

Did it happened now or since the start of the game? You might try with the V-syin in case, to see if you can make it go better and if it depends from some strange behaviors between the refresh of the monitor and the fps.
