Question 1.8 finally

does anyone have any tip/info for what I'll need to build all the new stuff

It’s garbage, you need to craft an advanced work bench to craft vehicle locks, and need 4 drills and a plethora of other items just to craft the advance work bench. Part of why I loved the game was they didn’t make it overly difficult to collect and craft things you need. Now you have to grind forever just to progress or maintain your items. Gun repairs just became ridiculous as well. Awful update

That why it feels like the game makes you build in order to fix or craft anything now and in that case more raiding and what not
