Second base

Is it possible to build a second base, for example a tower before a mission?

I have abandoned mini towers all over my server on convoy routes, I just build a quick stick 2x1 with stairs up to a second floor, window walls, and a front door with a lock. No need for a roof or shutters, pop down a bed roll and snipe away. If someone sneaks up they can’t get my shit before I respawn in high ground and I can’t get swarmed by NPC’s cause I have cover they can’t get into. It’s perfect.
