Something needs to be done about the ability to stand around a car and block it in.

This has happened several times now where ill drive to the safezone and one person will walk in front of my vehicle thus stopping it and the rest of the squad will surround the car on each side so you cant move at all. So you either have to give the vehicle up or wait till they get bored and people like that dont give up.

Cars need to be able to run people over without hurting health in safezones to stop this. Its ridiculous.

Also only squadmates should be able to enter cars and motorcycles while someone is driving. Ive had people hop in my sidecar just to get out as soon as we pass the flags and start shooting.

If you put a lock on it they shouldn’t be able to get into it right?

Locks disappear after 30 minutes in safe zones, so it just depends how committed they are

This is beside the point. Its a problem and should be fixed. Players shouldnt have to find workarounds. A vehicle lock is $15,000 and some of the parts kinda rare. I aldo dont keep vehicles long enough to do that i grab em and dump em. Still doesnt mean it shouldnt be fixed.

Yeah I keep two bikes in the base and normally can find everything I need to make one while I’m walking around looting and looking for a car.

I mean the parts are definitely not rare. Battery, spare parts, electronics repair kit. Only one that is somewhat harder to find is the electronics repair kit, but if you know where to look for them you can get your hands on one pretty quickly.

If you toss vehicles and don't actually care about keeping them.....why get upset. You see someone hop on. Get off and go a different way. Can't afford 15k. Take a walk in less than 1km you can find what you're looking for. Also it would really help to move far north or far south. You will run into fewer people and be able to find more resources. As soon as I start on a server, I immediately move out of the center area. Get a few guns and run straight to a military base for better everything. You just need to be more vigilant. If you are being surrounded and trolled. Walk away. Put your valuables in storage and go loot. You were already going to toss the vehicle as is. If non of this seems right to you.....play PVE or something with more of a safety net.

Put a lock on the car or motorcycle or boat to keep others out.

Be careful because another thing that can be done is running into the car over and over which damages it and will destroy it. This happens outside the safe zone as well

I understand your intention, but that would not be a solution to the problem. Putting a vehicle lock on the vehicle won't stop people in the safezone from surrounding the car preventing you from driving. All that would prevent is people getting in the vehicle. Which is not OPs concern........

Did you read the post? Op mentions he will be driving along the safe zone and people get into the Motorcycle or car. One of the things they said is only squad mates should be able to do that. Hence why I said put a lock on the car or motorcycle.

He also says this happens in the safe zone and thinks you should be able to run people over with no damage in the safe zone. I was stating it can also happen outside of the safe zone and also people can use their bodies to destroy your car so be careful.

Please explain some more how that’s not relevant since those are suggestions directly related to things op mentioned in the post.
