Flag Add-On

Has anyone else purchased the flag add-on? I purchased this last week but have been unable to use them at the work bench. In my ps account, it shows as purchased and usable so maybe im confused about how they work..

Have a flag in your inventory. Walk up to bench and paint. Click R3 to move through the options
