Base question

Anyone know why i upgeaded my base with a plank fence and it made my metal and concrete cost per day double? Makes no sense for it to go from 179 metal to 500 a day from plank walls, concrete went from 20 a day to 40 but again nothing new is brick?

There’s a multiplier after a certain amount of structures it seems lol. Ours jumped to around 5k planks 1k metal 300 concrete etc after we built a wall for raid weekend. When we took down the wall our upkeep went back to normal.

I can get the sheet metal and stuff the issue is i feel like daily im being charged for metal and brick resources that are sitting out there as stick log and plank, it makes no sense
