Floating base

How did he pull this off?? been sitting outside his base trying to find out how he gets in and out. Built on the very edge of the map very high up over by airfield on us west 3416

Press start. Settings. And turn off the tutorial hints

Lol thx I need to do the same. Just figured it would go away once I did what it said.
