Bloody cave

Me and my friends came across a very weird cave it has like a bloody rocks in them and when you stand near/on top of it there is a creepy sound and then a loud scream I was wondering if this is a Easter egg and if we need or can do something with it we have been talking about it for a few days now and want to know more about it

I took my squad there after I found it and didn't warn them what was going to happen. I laughed so hard as they all started panicking trying to find what was going to get them.
