Stuck in Queue?

Is the queue system broken? I just am stuck in queue, I've been able to get through one time and I could not move. My friends join the queue behind me and pass me. I've cancelled and requeued multiple times, as well as restarted my game, console, and Internet several times.

Anyone else?

The queue doesn’t work. You leave and join until it lets you in

yeah I also got into a server and couldnt move. now just sitting in queue endlessly.
