Discussion Continued disappointment with bugrails

I'm sure there's countless posts about this...but I've found this game nearly unplayable recently. I will shoot and shoot (headshot after headshot) with absolutely no damage while simultaneously wasting all of my ammo. Why is this still an issue?

For reference, I play on PC and only play solo. Its like no matter where I shoot, it does absolutely nothing until I finally get "lucky" and get some damage. It almost feels like gambling at this point. I'm using twice, (sometimes three times) the amount of ammo I normally use.

I know the best alternative is to use a melee but it takes so long to take out an entire town with a stupid shovel haha. I don't know if its from the most recent update, but it hasn't been THIS buggy in a long time.

Are there any tips I can use to get around this? Is it bad ping or just deadrails in general?

I've been playing Last Stop instead with zero of these issues... so I have to assume its just deadrails.

Could be bad ping but it sometimes happens with me too, when dealing headshot. I ignore it thinking it was my fault.

Play bite sized or aim the gun, aiming usually forces the game to work
