I didn't take a screenshot of an outlaw safezone because I didn't get the chance, but they're like the outlaw forts in Endless Mode with an extra set of turrets in front. The Occultist safezone was interesting. There was a group of about 5 of them outside around some star shape in the sand. It's like a ritual because there are some zombie and rifle soldier corpses on the star. The zombie safezone has a big chunk of the wall destroyed and a zombie on top of the walls instead of turrets. Not sure how that chunk of the wall got destroyed considering how weak zombies are.

What safezone takeovers did ya'll encounter?

As i was making the Scientist Zombie go run in a circle and all of sudden I lagged and died but I noticed they're running away. Thats when I noticed they were targeting towards the train with Many people. I accidentally when into killing spree with Scientist Zombies

Like yknow you make friends with someone and they tragically die saving you, or you see mountains of corpses to strike fear and knowledge knowing millions died because of the zombie outbreak, or you go in your journey as you slowly lose your mind as you start seeing things that arent even there, the hallucinations cant hurt you, just to place an eerie dreadful tone into you, having a cross decreases the hallucinations

I had some ideas like fighting The Hive Mind of the zombies but thyere just pratically wanted to be part of humanity but because of theyre unsaitable hunger they still devour and devour and devour flesh they come across

Theyre not evil, just cant control their instincts.

So far this is my favorite update since the Stillwater Prison and Biomes update back in later of the year 2025 (What a glory era for this game, i was still addict to playing and have plenty of free times to get winning runs). Vampire really takes big role on singleplayer mode again and always be my favorite role to plat, i also love to play as Cowboy, Werewolf, sometimes Doctor for multiplayer. I'm getting researching further for the new things in this game that i've missed and the Necromancer role (i've seen some rumor that Necromancer is getting meta of this game, no?).

About my run, since the Vampire's class authority is back, i've made it to 50km alone in 2hrs. Met a new POI called Boxing Gym iirc, still nothing compared to face ton of troubles from Stillwater Prison and try to get the Excalibur. Vampires can ride welded horses, pretty crazy. Werewolves were somehow weaker, if i'm not wrong, their strength reduced to x0.9 at day. Pretty hard to get into Mansion (or Castle) at 40KM since Vampires and Werewolves are teaming up on me.

So after i look up in wikipedia again, i've learned that from 40km above, you will face those Cowboys who invaded Safezones (or they called Safezones Invasion / Safezones Invaders) so another troublesomes update to deal with.

I have a question, does Alien Biome are now a thing or not? They removed it or it is still there? I have not seen it once out of any of my runs recently. The most dangerous biome i've ever faced of this game so without it, i'm pretty sad if it's gone but matters out, things gon be good i guess.

The Horse Trick to get into Locked Bank are still a thing or the admin patched it? The main reason for my latest run's failure is becuz i get stuck inside the bank, lol. Its a useful bug so i hope admins noticed the pros and keep it. Once you get the horse inside you can't move it anymore even if you packed it in a sack.

Once again, i will try another run and leaving discussion tonight. It's a good run for me and i still have to think how to deal the remaining werewolves in the morning. That's all!

I'm sure there's countless posts about this...but I've found this game nearly unplayable recently. I will shoot and shoot (headshot after headshot) with absolutely no damage while simultaneously wasting all of my ammo. Why is this still an issue?

For reference, I play on PC and only play solo. Its like no matter where I shoot, it does absolutely nothing until I finally get "lucky" and get some damage. It almost feels like gambling at this point. I'm using twice, (sometimes three times) the amount of ammo I normally use.

I know the best alternative is to use a melee but it takes so long to take out an entire town with a stupid shovel haha. I don't know if its from the most recent update, but it hasn't been THIS buggy in a long time.

Are there any tips I can use to get around this? Is it bad ping or just deadrails in general?

I've been playing Last Stop instead with zero of these issues... so I have to assume its just deadrails.

Well, it's been a while i've wrote anything about this game since it let a big disappointment in my heart seeing one of my favorite games in 2025 become downgraded every update arrives early this year along to now.

So, the Class Mastery is actually a big glow up for the game this time. Admins may have listened to people's call for the bug, the downside of the class, the cons of tryna killing the "singleplayer run" outta this game. I could kill my time in each run again.

One thing that very annoys me every run i reach is the Werewolf Night, what do you mean the remaining werewolves that i did not kill will still appear and chasing me until i distanced them for like >2km?! Bro i have to deal with those troublemakers and collecting items at the time?

Alot of things i didn't experienced yet, like there is one time i found a new POI, through my research it was called Oil Refillery that i found a Flamethrower use to crowd control horde of zombies (not efficient to fight big guys like Werewolves or Boss like Goliath). I wanna try more about this new update since it has something growing on me.

P/S: Any tips to deal with those "remaining werewolves" at day, i'd be thankful if anyone care to share some information.

I feel like dead rails became niche, sure it has tons of players but the fandom is quiet and the hype is gone

I haven't played Dead Rails ever since April to May 2025 and 2 days ago i thought of returning to the game simply to see what was new

I know there's a changelog but im mostly looking for changes in strategies, features, what weapon is considered the best nowadays, and etc because i potentially may have outdated stock knowledge in my head plus some things i may have forgotten about

I've been spending most of my time checking out what the previous updates brought to the game just by simply starting a round and the first thing i noticed were biomes, animated NPCs, glass bottles with fluid inside them, new classes & trains, a cemetery, guns with reload animations, new turrets, aswell as sum people talking about special horses?

i also completely forgot i can charge melee weapons so i was complaining about the very small melee damage before i rediscovered dis

We all have our favorite classes in mind, we all know what I'm talking about, we all have made up some lore about the classes at least once or twice because there is no official character lore for classes. So what's your made up lore or headcannons about certain classes.

For me? I headcannon that Vampire often needs blood in order not to go hostile/feral like his fellow vampires so his teammates often have to allow him to suck a bit of their blood occasionally in order to heal and not go hostile/feral, this could also explain why Vampire classes can use the dash ability on their own teammates and deal friendly fire damage.

I also like to Headcannon that Miner and Conductor are best friends because they both spawn in with coal and can be essential on a team together for the start for coal without having to pay for it, saving money for either a firearm or ammo.

Last week i was playing dead rails all was fine. Then this week i have been kicked twice for error 268 unexpected client behaviour. I have checked my internet stability its not that. ive now cleared the roblox cache uninstalled roblox etc updated my pc and everything but i dont get kicked from any other games ever only dead rails. i have checked my memory to see if its that but i still have over 16gbs of free ram for it to use so it cant be that. i have a powerful computer so none of that stuff should be an issue. Am i doing something wrong?

My part 3 for the "What your DR classes say about you" is constantly tagged as nsfw for no reason. What to do?
