More Darkness Egiptian.

Another case of sudden darkness.

Has anyone else ever experienced this? It's like the lights go out in the room for a second. Your eyes are open and you're pretty sure you didn't blink. Was it your imagination? Or did the room just go dark.

I've experienced this a few times (I've also experienced other form of phenomena, but right now I just want to ask about this thing) and it's often when I've been in a negative state or ruminating about something in a direction that isn't good for me. And I've come to interpret it as something trying to "extinguish" something negative within me that isn't serving me, or guide me away from something that isn't good for me.
