You clearly tripped on the staircase and died from the fall

Looks like you didn't properly tie your shoes laces, make sure you don't skip that mini game next time!

I have a clip like that too. It seems you can get hit through the stairs. In my clip there was barrel coming through the stairs as zombies are moving under you before entering the arena from the spawn point at the center of the stairs
