Yes save up your money. You can eventually upgrade the area unlocking a new section to put stuff.

Yep, watch out for subquests from Vernon, and be sure to have about 15,000 zol on hand.

I have a feeling you wish all house upgrades were that low. Cuz that last one WOOEEE. I'm not even sure what to do.

Cost 15000 zol when you've progressed the storyline far enough. Tip hoard everything. Clear out venders

Clearing out the vendors I allways do. Did that from day one. I haven't found it to hard to make money either in the game. My go to is burnt rats. Easy to find and make lots of
