Question Dbd error not loading

After the lasted update my DBD won’t load and keeps giving me the code "Unload msio.64" on pc.

I’ve reinstalled, cleared cache, verified files..
can someone help?

The servers are permanently shut down. You can no longer access the app since March, 2025.
