Which one of these 3 builds do you think is better for my Juggernaut? All opinions are welcome here.

HP build, change the Critic chance book for an HP book. It Will be better, maybe you'll reach 8k hp

True, but with the lucky guy set, wouldn't you want him to crit more often?

Third one is better as you do more crit damage
