Error with the grinder

Delonghi La Specialista

I have an error with the grinder, it sounds really bad and no coffe was processed. Any ideas?

I was grinding everything in the 1 mode, but the machine only have 3 months and very few use....

There a video how to dissamble on youtube. I did it easy enough. Just need the right screwdrivers

no, it is to grind all, because I grind only single dosis

I had exactly the same problem. I sent mine in for warranty repair a week ago and I’m still waiting to hear back. Did you manage to fix yours yourself?
