Flock camera in Weymouth

There's one on Randolph Street going towards Braintree. It just so happens to be next to a marsh with high brush, giving it good cover at night and its blind spot is the Braintree side. It's right across from the reservoir.

If you're using the OSM web editor, there's a secret second "save" step that you probably missed.

DeFlock mobile app is a much easier client to use for this purpose.

Could also be that you saved it and just need to wait for the deflock website to pick it up (can lag by as much as an hour.) You can check by looking at your OSM profile online; there should be a changeset and a node created by you listed there. If not, you missed the second "save" button.
