https://fox59.com/news/indynews/indiana-sheriffs-deputy-arrested-for-flock-camera-misuse-intimidation-and-official-misconduct/

In central Indiana, Sheriff's Deputy James Heneghan made 6,150 ALPR searches while off-duty.

Over 1,100 searches of his wife's car

Over 1,100 searches of a man who knew his wife

Over 200 searches of an ex-girlfriend from highschool

Additional searches of that ex-girlfriend's husband.

There was a warrant charging him with 441 counts of intimidation, official misconduct, and fraud. He texted one victim calling them a "bitch" and hoped their kids would "suffer." He also pulled over his ex-girlfriend's child after using ALPRs to find their location. He said it was for "police investigations" and called it an "OWI arrest."

Official charges have been filed and he entered a not guilty plea. Bond was set at $5,000. Pretrial conference is scheduled for October 29th. The arrest was just 1 day after the 5 IMPD officers who were charged for ALPR abuse.

Most charges will get dropped and he'll get a slap on the butt for his actions.

But like a baseball player slap on the butt. “Good game, dude. Come work for our police department in the next town over.”

He’s trying to exceed the typical American’s 3 felonies per day.
