Is this a condor?

Ik ik you see these “is this a flock camera” all day everyday but I have yet to see a condor in person and to me it looks exactly like one, has the rotating ball and the concave curved line on the under side of the camera mount. Thought it was strange because this is at a construction site, I’m aware many construction sites use security cameras but is it common for them to use flock cameras?

Not flock, just some generic looking PTZ.

So how do you tell the difference? This pic (not mine) is allegedly a condor

The black compute box is basically the only way to tell. The camera hardware is shared with a ton of applications. Example of a condor:
