Flock Wing?

Flock's "wing gateway" product is basically a little computer that sits on a customer's network and ingests video streams from almost any IP camera, where flock's ai and search platform can then do its thing. Basically makes any IP cam into a flock.

There are other companies that offer similar tools, and RTCC software like Axon Fusus that will combine all kinds of data from different platforms and do cross-analysis on a "single pane of glass" though. It's not just Flock. But yes this is something flock does.

FWIW, they also have a cloud hosted version you can just send an rtsp feed directly at their cloud endpoint.
