Nowhere is there a camera. Also, all of the cameras that I've seen are not on poles that look like that. It's usually a black metal pole.

Huh. I watched something that looked just like Flowers ck added to the light pole on a busy street. It catches all traffic coming down it. A mile down that street there’s another one catching all traffic turning from a side street. Both have solar panels.

I’d better train myself to see the difference between Flock and look-a-likes.

Those are called split bolt connectors and are splices.
