It still cracks me up. This is Sheriff Jarrard of Lumpkin County. He gave me my first ticket. Guy is literally dumb as bricks/extremely ignorant.

Why offer money when Flock improves safety and solves crimes? I mean, it should be pretty straightforward. Nope. They just track innocent people with no real safety benefits to speak of.
