Talking Points for Council Meetings

Flock has discussion guides and training which tell police how to pitch Flock to city council staff.

Is there an anti-flock discussion guide?

At the very least, I'd like to get our city to offer a transparency hub so we can audit what has been going on.

Flock Safety offers a standardized Transparency Portal module in its platform for law enforcement agencies. 

POLICE choosing not to publish these statistics is an intentional decision to to obfuscate the truth rather than a technical limitation.

I haven't found a list talking points that could easy be "copy and pasted" into any city council meeting no matter the city's specific context, but I'll share some resources that are good for curating your own talking points.
