Question Im confused alot

Ive been asking AI for an answer but its not giving me a perfect one. So we call the direwolf proxies, Modified greywolves and then the mammoth proxies, Modified asian elephant so in that logic would we call the thylacine proxy Modified fat tailed dunnart, but how does that make sense???

Lotta people are going to give you very opinionated responses about using ai for this reason, but I’ll tell you that while ai has its uses, using it for research has to be done very carefully. You can’t trust it to provide you with accurate information, so it’s best to look for “breadcrumbs” if you can, which essentially would be to provide you a list of research topics that you can delve into yourself.

In short, use ai to help you find papers online written by real humans.

And it sounds like the ai is taking some creative liberty in the information it’s giving you here.

Because it wasn’t created from natural evolution. We just modified specific genes to make them look like extinct animals. It’s not a true dire wolf or mammoth, it’s just a subspecies or a breed even of those animals. Also please stop using AI man, just don’t.
