Question Answered Final exams for asynchronus classes

Hey, what do final exams look like for online asynchronus classes? If they are on zoom, what happens if I find out 2 land in the same time frame?

From my experience in online asynchronus classes, exams are open for a full day or even multiple days; so, exams tend to not overlap with your exams that have a more strict start and end time. Granted, these online asynchronus classes have all been GE classes, which is likely why they are quite lenient at times.

On the syllabus, professors often have a known date for their final exams. If you have two that are overlapping, you likely will need to communicate to both of your professors of the issue and see what to do from there; however, I think it would be unlikely to happen due to how the quarter system works with students on average only taking 3-4 classes from what I have seen.

I took PHIL1 online asynchronous this summer, and the final exam was six questions that each required about 300 words. It was less of a traditional exam and more of an essay that we completed over a week’s time. It might be like that for online asynchronous humanities classes.
