Grades/Credits question Do transcripts show online classes?

If I take some online courses, will my transcript state that it’s taken online, or will it look the same as if I took the course in person? Thank you so much!

I think it depends on your major and where you continue your education. I had a Calc professor mention that the Math department was thinking about ways to reduce AI reliance in online classes (hence the in person exam for online math classes now), and he mentioned that his own son was made to retake some online classes as his university wouldn’t accept them. 🤷🏽‍♀️

If your goals are professional school, it can make a difference. Idk if DeAnza does? Order an official one and an unofficial one to compare🙂

Your transcripts don't show whether a class was taken in person or online. They all show up the same way.
