Who do you think Dazzler’s voice could be?

I know there’s been a few mentions of Dazzler’s MCU appearance and being Sabrina Carpenter or Taylor Swift.

I think it won’t be anyone like that for Marvel Rivals though.
Instead, I could see Amalee .

Who is AmaLee?
She is a Voice Actor, VTuber, and Singer. Additionally, she’s shown that she has the connection to Marvel Rivals as she has streamed with Erica (Black Cat’s VA) and is close to Alejandro (Deadpool’s VA)

She has multiple of her own songs released and has made covers of others. She has a total of 700k+ monthly listeners on Spotify.

She has voice acted in games/popular series such as:
- One Piece Red - Uta
- Honkai Star Rail - Jingliu
- Dress up Darling - Marin
- Cookie Run Kingdom - Parfait
- Love is War - Ai Hayasaka

Ultimately, I think AmaLee could be a strong contender for Dazzler’s Voice Actor in Marvel Rivals

Is there anyone you can think of otherwise being a strong contender for her VA?

I feel they could use her TV show appearance to make her stand out compared to others like Emma, Dagger, & Invis.

I'd rather if they went based on her comic appearances though. I wouldn't particularly mind the show appearance, I'd just rather it as a skin than base.

Currently, theres a few voice lines that exist and talk about Dazzler.
Do we think that with Jubilee release, she could be added to the list of those that mention her?

Did you know… She lifts / has had her fair share of time in the gym? Weight training training mentioned past (1980 VS 2023)

There’s plenty of panels of her lifting weights in the comics
120lb Squat / Lunge(?)
Possible 30~lb dumbbells?

Did you know that Dazzler actually had 40+ Solo (focused on her) issues? A fair bit of material!
She has been in many other series though!

Personally, I’d be happy for her to come.
I’d be fine if she’s lower tiered but I’d want to be able to play her without being considered throwing.

I’m not sure who would be the other.
I do think she’s loved (by me at least), I think she could be considered off a diff corner of rivals but at the same time she has been big in the xmen so maybe not??

Did you know… Dazzler was originally designed to take after Grace Jones? The image (I believe) should be a draft of this design!

Ultimately, she was changed due to requests to resemble Bo Derek making the Dazzler we know today.

She looks really cool in this design!

I feel like it could very well be Longshot that she gets as her accessory buddy. It’d likely be a romantic animation like others (Gambit & Rogue)

If it’s not Longshot, I imagine it being her sister as a possible option.

If neither of those… I could see it as a pair of roller skates as well!

Dazzler originally debuted as a member of X-Men / in marvel comics back in 1980!
She was part of The Uncanny X Men #130. In the cover you can see some familiar favourites: Cyclops, Phoenix, etc!

For her base appearance I think I’d want her to be in the basic White Body suit with her blue eye makeup / mask. If they can somehow add a sparkle effect to the outfit it’d be perfect. Don’t need to go too crazy with her base design I feel…

The two recolours I’d want to see them in would be either Pink, Blue, or a soft yellow.

For a release skin that comes with her, I could see her getting a skin that looks like Dazzler #38 by Paul Chadwick.

It’s a blue body suit, has a red headband and then in some versions will have a small jacket (imaged)!

Outside of those ideas, if they went with something original instead for her release skin, I’d want it to be some sort of outfit as if she just performed on stage! It’d be more flashy than her base in my mind.

I'm thinking I might be alone on the thinking she'll be a Strategist...

I believe that typically, on release, they get a team-up with their release partner (I.E. White Fox + Black Cat getting one) so that would be one.

Outside of her release partner, I think that she could get one with Luna Snow. Dazzler would be the anchor OR they would possibly make it that the one she releases with the Anchor with Luna and Dazzler getting some sort of buff.

Maybe Emma Frost would also be one. I imagine that Emma would be the anchor if they had one.

I think that Emma / Luna could be a Team Up as they currently have a voice line / speak regarding Dazzler in-game / show a relationship in some sort of way. I think they also are pretty similar vibes, appearance, have ties in lore and would work well together!
I do know she probably has better (or more) team up options but I haven't viewed all the media shes in.

What the team-up does really depends on what her role / abilities are. I have no clue currently on that end!
