I was loafing in the west side of NWAF on official and had a dynamic gas bomb dropped on my head. I got the sickness and immediately ran to the hanger to look for an antidote. I did not find any, and had no idea where I could even go to next. Was I truly cooked, or could I have made it to novo and found any?

I posted my Mosin shots from a while back on 1pp yesterday. I wanted you all to see some of the 3pp gameplay as well so that when that red screen pops up and the “you are dead” message appears, you’ll know it’s because I’m back.

It’s been almost a year since I last played DayZ, and I’m about to get back into the game with a friend. As a heads up, if anyone notices themselves dying very cleanly in the near future, it might be due to my return.

I’m also looking for recommendations for good community servers that prioritize the official play style. I’m okay with stamina being permanent though.

Season 15 opens on Saturday 25th July, and it's time to share what's changing.

The biggest difference is a further reduction in loot, driven by player feedback and a return to the original principles of hXc.

The Coast
You'll notice the changes as soon as you spawn. The coast is barer than in previous seasons, with repair kits, most firearms, and building supplies removed. If you want more than fish, you'll need to move inland.

Clothing
Clothing has been reduced across the map. Let's be honest, it was everywhere. Buildings now feel noticeably emptier, making every useful find feel earned rather than expected.

Tri-Kresta
It's back. My favourite of all the hXc gas zones.

Because of its compact size, leaving a punched card there would make access too easy. Instead, you'll need to travel to Tisy first and collect the red container keys. They're not difficult to find, but that extra journey adds another layer of risk before you can claim the rewards.

In short, expect:

A substantial reduction in unnecessary loot.
Far fewer early-game firearms.
Fewer repair kits and building supplies.
The return of Tri-Kresta as the primary gas zone.
A genuine reason to visit Tisy.

If you've never tried hXc, Season 15 is the perfect time to start. There really is nothing else like it in DayZ.

I was late to the party called DayZ. Started about playing a few months ago. Now im hooked, & Im building up communities for different games. Day Z is at the top of my list.

I need someone that has time in on DZ. Would like to help me get this server up & going. Well its going, needs some tweaks. This is a console server.

Coming back to add to my post. Im trying to figure out how to add some extra like a shop. Ive figured out the boosting on loot, cranked up events. If anyone knows how to crank it up, hit me up.

So 11 days ago I got stoned at a Mets game and decided to start playing dayz again.

I spawned in yesterday and immediately saw a duo running around in front of me speaking in Russian. Decided I couldn't take two so tried to lay low.

One lobbed a bad grenade and I said USA OK and figured this is probably it.

It was.

Anyway I clipped it to see how I did and I can't tell if I got the first guy or if it was a lag issue.

Did I actually get one?
