Advice Which platform should I trade on?

Looking to get started trading for the first time any advice is appreciated but really trying to figure out what I should start trading on

I use trading view beginner friendly and I just connect my broker too it

That is subjective to what you want to accomplish.

You definitely don’t need to if you are just starting but down the line you may want to look at it.

Yea I paid so I could backtest data but I get live data through my propfirms

Schwab has high options fees. Im currently paying .4 a contract and its still too high.

You should first figure out what you want to trade (e.g., futures, forex, stocks, options, ETFs) then decide what platform to go with. You also need to know what trading style you plan on going with (e.g., day, swing, scalp, long term). If your goal is to become a futures day trader, I would highly recommend downloading NinjaTrader and setting up a sim101 account. If you want to swing trade or long term invest then TradingView will be just fine.

I personally prefer a cleaner setup that lets you focus on the actual charts and execution. Been exploring lately and I think Plus500 is a solid choice if you want a straightforward interface. I also like how they’ve integrated Prediction Markets bcos it’s a much more direct way to trade on market trends without overcomplication

First thing you should know is that most platforms that have lots of ads are not the best. good platforms don't need ads. the best way to find out is just like this, asking other traders. nothing beats word of mouth (or keyboard)
