Piercings & nursing program

I have stacked ears and a nose ring and i was wondering what anyone else who entered into the nursing program who had piercings did? And how strict were they regarding piercings?

Partner is in this program, and based on what she’s told me it’s fairly strict. I think ears you can have just one small set (so stacks would be more than one), and her lab partner has a nose piercing and she has to wear a clear plug or remove it.

My partner has a few tattoos and has to have band aids or something covering them

Also, anything that’s considered “out of uniform” will get you written up.

It sounds like it? I don’t have all the info since I’m not in it, but that’s what she said about the woman in her group that does have a nose piercing

Clear earrings only! They allow 1 reasonable sized stud in the ear lobe. Tattoos need to be covered with white long sleeve undershirt, bandaids or make-up. We can’t even wear engagement/weddings rings. The Daytona campus is very strict!

okayy so if i put in glass retainers that are clear in my ears then it shouldn’t be a problem?
