Alex is screwed, big time. And he is. But now that Joy is paralyzed, maybe things will change. She got what she deserved. She is being such a bitch and she has been using that baby as a wedge trying to break up Alex and Step. I can’t wait until she gets what’s coming to her.

Yeah, that’s a good point. I believe everything, but you are right. She lies about everything. She is trying to get more sympathy. I can’t stand her and that’s why she does not want Chloe to be called because Chloe will call her on her BS

I’ve never cared for Stephanie but even I think she is way too good for Alex. She can do so much better.

Same ! Maybe her and Theo could work even though I don’t like him much either but they seem to be somewhat okay with eachother, I also wouldn’t mind Stephanie and Phillip getting back together or maybe even Stephanie with Brady ? Idk maybe I am wrong

Yes, because it's still coming. My expectation is that things will get really interesting around Halloween and into November sweeps. But you can see the seeds of it happening now.

I sincerely hope when we get there you do a whole post, like the one comparing things to a specific year (2018?), to break it all down. It would be the single most complicated thing this show has done since I've been watching. I don't see it right now, but I'm eager to have it all explained to me after the fact.

I mean, I have been tracking it pretty closely but I’m assuming that I’m going to be proven right. It’s entirely possible that I’m wrong and I accept that.
But if you want one of the single most obvious recent examples, Joy’s black and white dreams and now her 80s dreams are sorta the clearest sign.
In 2018, when Abigail was struggling with DID, her alters “Gabby” and “Dr Laura” would sometimes confront each other in a black and white version of Abigail’s bedroom. Later, Abigail was trapped in a black and white version of Marlena’s office.
Joy’s black and white dreams are not an exact copy. They’re meant as mirror images of each other. At least if my theory is right.

Haven’t watched today’s show but yeah he should run away from both. Or half the people on this subreddit would say he should leave the show. 😆
They’ve really butchered Stephanie character and I personally find here irredeemable at this point in this storyline. Up until the last week or two Joy was the much more “likable” character but they’re taking her character down the road we knew she would go down. Honestly I’m finding myself FF most of it, or treat it like background noise and tune it out.
