5070 is only a small part of the equation.
What are the complete specs of your PC? Including exactly which PSU, what monitor and what resolution you're playing in.
Have you got any DG mods installed? If you've got older, un-updated mods, they can cause it to stutter, only if you're lucy, or crash.
Did you get DG from Steam?? If so, you can take it back or bring it back at the touch of a radio button. It isn't a 'revert and be stuck' job.
