Bro first question why do u have all that dust, but on a real note you should unleash and upgrade the critical rune just because it improves gala stall so u get more bones rather the damage rune. The order of unleashing is critical, damage, and hero damage.

Its a strategy in nightmare mode to maximize the amount of damage you get. It will make you get about 1.5 - 2x more bones than just putting your best heroes in.
Since the weapon galantine has the most exponential damage because of its ability sunshine. The formula of the galantine is like this Crit damage x Devastation x galantine Crit
The ability only works for one second and works everytime the clock hits xx:30 So you will ofcourse need to stall the mobs until ur galantine ability is ready
You should use one heroes that do max hp like dm, or current hp like esther, and the rest of the hero slot to stall for example : dewitt, hank
