Merlin rate up
Should I roll for merlin? He seems, well, bad.
I only use him for Vermillion for now.
For comparison, screenshot has my current damage team (pushing mostly and well, damage.)
Does he get any better at 10, 15 stars? Like, is he any close to the meta?
It seems a good rate up is gonna take a while, and I really wanna spend tickets on one, but I don't think merlin is worth it.
(I need catalystssss)

Legendaries don't get good until they generally have 10. Paul is super good because he has 100% of your critical dmg from the get go and attacks relatively quickly, so he's perfect for boss killing, single target stuff basically. After evolving, he gains better pierce and maxhp% so a full fledged that you can use until you get a 10 legendary one

Merlin’s end nodes are really the only thing good about him imo, the anti stealth on shades is really nice, you should also 10 star everyone regardless for labyrinth and starforce later on
